Lemon balm awakens us to truth and helps us reconnect to our truest selves. It helps lift spirits with a calming energy. It’s associated with intuition, dream work, lucid dreaming, happiness, love, healing, focus, prosperity and renewal. These lemon balm flowers were gathered in the early morning and set under the full sun to infuse.
Flower essences capture the energetic and vibrational qualities of a flower or plant. They work on an energetic level, to address emotional or spiritual aspects of wellbeing. They’re made by delicately placing flowers into a crystal bowl filled with spring water, then set under the sun (or sometimes the moon), to allow the essence or energetic imprint of the flower to transfer to the water. The infused water is then blended with alcohol to assure shelf stability.
Lemon balm flower essence can be taken as a daily elixir (a few drops in tea or water), or can be used during ritual, dream work, or added to spell jars for happiness, protection, intuition or prosperity.
