We provide yoga mats for your comfort, but we encourage you to bring a pillow and blanket to enhance your relaxation experience. We have extra blankets and bolsters for your comfort.

Hi, I’m Monique, the founder of Moonbeam Healing. As a shamanic apprentice, Level II Reiki practitioner, certified Mindfulness Life Coach, and certified Sound Practitioner, I’ve dedicated my life to spiritual growth and energetic healing.
