Beautifully themed classes designed to embody a lunar journey through a balanced style of yoga focused on Hatha, Yin/Yang, Alignment, Soma, Pranayama, Mudra, Mantra, and other aspects of Traditional Yoga. Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, these sessions are perfect for anyone looking to deepen their practice or explore yoga for the first time! As a Certified Yoga Instructor and Registered Practical Nurse, April aims to bring creativity and expansion in her teaching style as she integrates anatomy, biomechanics, functional alignment with somatic intuitive movements rooted in Hatha Yoga.
